SAI Founded & IJACSA Established

The Science and Information (SAI) Organization is founded in the UK. The International Journal of Advanced Computer Science and Applications (IJACSA) publishes its inaugural issue in July 2010, marking SAI's entry into open-access academic publishing.

IJARAI Launched

The International Journal of Advanced Research in Artificial Intelligence (IJARAI) launches in January 2012, extending SAI's publishing portfolio into the rapidly emerging field of artificial intelligence research.

Rahul Bhatia
Rahul Bhatia

Co-founder & Managing Director

Rahul Bhatia is the co-founder and managing director of SAI. Prior to establishing the organisation, he was a digital consultant at Accenture, specialising in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, data analytics, and UI/UX. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, and leads SAI's multidisciplinary projects and strategic direction.

Supriya Kapoor

Co-founder

Supriya Kapoor is the co-founder of SAI, overseeing all conference management activities including public and corporate relations, communications, media outreach, and material development. She brings broad experience in prospecting, training, publications, and financial planning, and previously served as a subject matter expert in database and backend technologies.

SAI is a privately owned commercial organisation, not a registered charity or non-profit. Our open-access publishing model means all research articles are freely available to readers worldwide at no charge. Article Processing Charges (APCs) fund peer review coordination, editorial management, and long-term digital preservation.
